In accordance with the agreement reached between the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Swedish Tourism Network on “General Terms for Package Travel”, the following rules apply for cancellation of arrangements:

If cancellation occurs earlier than 30 days prior to the event, 5% of the event’s price is paid.

If cancellation occurs later than 30 days but earlier than 14 days before the event, 15% of the event’s price is paid.

If cancellation occurs later than 14 days but earlier than 24 hours prior to the event, 50% of the event’s price is paid.

If cancellation is made in the next 24 hours before the event is paid 100% of the event’s price.

Conferences and groups

For conferences and groups, special terms apply according to agreement.

Payment must be fully paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
